We have advanced Gas Engineer Software which allows us to provide instant gas safety records for all Landlords, Tenants and Lettings Agents. We will always supply you with an annual reminder when the next safety certificate is due.
What does a boiler service include?
We offer comprehensive service to ensure every job is carried out to the highest standard whether it is a boiler service, safety check or a landlord CP12 certificate. Every job includes:
- A visual check of the appliance.
- Check working gas pressures to ensure the appliance is getting enough gas.
- Check and clean the heat exchanger.
- Use of flue gas analyser to determine efficiency and ensure carbon monoxide levels are at a safe level and adjust if required.
- Drop test on gas pipe carcass to be sure there is no gas leak in pipework or appliance.
- Spillage check to be sure flue is taking products of combustion away. All filters are cleaned so that there is no incomplete burning which can lead to carbon monoxide.
- Checking the gas pipe and water pipe are properly earth bonded.
- You will receive a certificate which allows you to monitor your safety check and we will send you an annual reminder.
