Once the service is completed, we will email the Landlord or Letting Agent the CP12 certificate directly from site. We have advanced Gas Engineer Software which allows us to provide instant gas safety records for all Landlords, Tenants and Letting Agents. We can then provide this contact with annual reminders of when their gas certificate is due.
What does a boiler service involve?

- Checking the appliance visually.
- Ensuring the appliance is receiving enough gas and the gas pressures are working as they should be.
- Cleaning and checking the heat exchanger.
