We are fully qualified to carry out Boiler Safety Checks for Landlords and homeowners. We work with plenty of Landlords across Sussex.
We will communicate directly with the tenant to organise a convenient appointment time. Once the check is complete, we will email the CP12 certificate directly from the site. We have advanced Gas Engineer Software which allows us to provide instant gas safety certificates to provide the Tenant, Landlord or Letting Agent. We will also provide an annual reminder when your next gas safety check is due.
